Who needs the proofreading services of Manley Mann Media’s resident editor? Only anyone who writes anything.

Seriously. The best writers in the world all use editors. Heck, even editors use editors.

It never hurts to have a second set of eyes reviewing your writing, but when that second set of eyes has an English degree and tons of fancy qualifications that prove she knows her grammar stuff . . . well, just imagine how much stronger your writing will be.

Christine will take your manuscript, or your blog posts, or your email message to your boss, or your resume, or your ebook, or your grocery list, or whatever you have written that you want to sound smart in, and she’ll study it and scrub it until it’s error free and grammatically perfect.

The following are the proofreading services provided by Manley Mann Media:

Copyedits to existing website content. Christine will fix typos, grammar, spelling, and general “not-sounding-goodedness.”

Full edit of existing website content. That’s our fancy way of saying that we’ll make what you’ve written WAY better. If you don’t want to spring for a full website rewrite, but you know your copy stinks, this is the option for you.

Copyediting and substantive editing of manuscripts. If you’ve written the next great American (or Canadian) novel and you’re ready to send it to a publisher or an agent, give us a call and leave it with Christine for a few weeks. She’ll make sure it all makes sense before you send it to a publisher and that it’s as good as it could be. You’ll sleep easier knowing that you did all that you could do, whether the thing gets picked up by a publisher or not (but we’re sure it will be!).

General proofreading services. Proofreading isn’t as in-depth as editing (don’t worry about knowing the difference between these two terms—just trust us!), and we are firm believers that everyone could use a little proofing in their lives. We offer fabulous proofreading rates for just about anything you write:

  • Brochures/Flyers: $50
  • Newsletters: $50
  • Business cards: $20
  • 1 page memo: $50
  • Blog post: $20
  • Annual report up to 20 pages: $300
  • Annual report up to 50 pages: $500
  • Ad: $50
  • Email: $10
  • Unlimited emails: $100/month
  • Web content: $75/page (includes checking for broken links)
